What personal data is processed?
We process your personal data when you make contact with us via telephone, email, traditional post, social media or via our homepage, when you are in contact with one of our employees, or if you are a customer or supplier to us as either as a sole-trader company or employee to a customer or supplier to us, if you apply for a position with us or if you are using our services.
The personal data we process may include: contact details such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number, personal identity number (if necessary), IP-address, content in the messages and/or attachments that you send or other necessary information that includes your personal data when it is required for the specific purpose.
When do we have the rights to process your personal data?
Your personal data is processed by us only when we have a legal right to do so. This occurs when we process your data in conjunction with the signing of an agreement with us or other undertaking with you or your employer, if you have granted permission to the processing of data, if we have a justified interest in processing the data with the support of ‘Applicable legislation’ or if the data is processed according to legal requirements.
If permission is required to process your personal data, then this will be requested and provided separately. In this instance, you have the right to, whenever you wish, revoke your permission. Withdrawing or revoking permission does not affect the legal rights of processing that occurred before permission was revoked.

Who has access to your personal data?
We want you to feel secure in the knowledge that we are storing personal information about you. The people within the Company who have work assignments that are directly impacted by personal data to achieve and complete those assignments, are the ones that will have access and responsibility for gathering personal information about you.
Your personal data is used by us and could be used by a potential hired personal data assistant with which we, in such as case, would have a personal data agreement with.
We never pass on your personal data to other companies or institutions unless we are obliged to do so due to any agreements, laws, constitutions or decisions made by public authorities or to protect our own rights or that of a third party if leaving information to a third party is required based on our agreement with you. We never forward or sell your personal data for marketing purposes to a third party without your consent.
In the case of a company merger, consolidation, restructuring or sale of significant shared and/or assets or other re-organisation, then your personal data may be passed on to subsequent owners, part-owners and their advisors in conjunction with a re-organisation.
Transfer to a third country
Your personal data will, as a rule, never be passed on to countries outside the EU/EES region unless you have been informed of this. In such cases, we ensure that the transfer of data occurs according to the rigid demands and agreements which are based on a decision from the European Commission in accordance with an adequate level of protection according to article 45 of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) or if the transfer uses suitable protection measures enacted in GDPR such as standard clauses in article 46.2. For how long is your personal data stored?

Right to request access to your personal data
We always want to be transparent in how we process your personal data. If you want insight into how we process data, you have the right to request access to your own information.You will also gain access on the purposes for storing your information, what personal data is held, the recipients or categories of recipients to which the personal data has been passed to and, where possible, the duration that your personal data will be stored or the criteria used for the specific period. Information regarding additional rights is provided simultaneously and you will receive a copy of the personal data that has been processed.
Right to correct personal data
You are entitled to request that inaccurate personal data is corrected without delay. You also have the right to add to incomplete personal data.
Right to deletion of personal data
You have the right to have your personal data deleted. We will, without delay, delete personal data at your request to the extent that this is possible according to applicable laws. This right applies, for example, when personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or for which it was processed, if you revoke your permission, object that it has been processed, if the personal data has been processed in an illegal way or if the personal data must be deleted to fulfil a legal right, as long as there is no reason within applicable laws that makes the processed data necessary. It may be necessary, for example, to process data to exercise the right to freedom of speech and freedom of information, fulfil a legal requirement or to execute a task of general interest or to secure, make a case for or defend a legal claim.
Right to limit the processing of information
You also have a right to limit our processing of your personal data. Right to data portability
